Sevan is a technology site focused on delivering technology news, guides, reviews, and more all in one place. We have been creating content for over 20 years and are proud to be a part of the tech community.
It all began as sevanoaks2005.com back in March 2005 back when founder Iian Kehn was still in High School. The main focus at the time was covering tech news from sites like Neowin, Gizmodo, Engadget, and others on a daily basis. It grew into more then a news site in 2009 with the launch of the YouTube Channel (which no longer exists in its original form).
It has now grown to a shop, news, guides, reviews, and content platform. We cover a variety of technology topics, primarily focusing on consumer tech and homelab.
Iian Kehn has been creating content on the internet since 2003. He began his internet career by building websites on platforms like GeoCities, Blogger, and others. In 2005, he began blogging about tech and launched sevanoaks2005.com which turned into worldofsevan.com in 2009 and madebysevan.com in 2014. In 2023, Iian shut down Sevan to focus on his own efforts and later left the social media space to focus on other priorities.
In December 2025, Sevan relaunched and is now on track to host content beginning in the first half of 2026.
Iian works for Amazon as a Fulfillment Associate in Omaha, Nebraska and primarily focuses on Associate Safety, Operations, and Problem Solving. He is a Learning Ambassador who trains new and existing associates into their roles and is a part of the Associate Safety Committee.
